Automatic loading of heavy parts (3Ton).
Electronic integration with the production line.

Protection of the CMM and maintenance of ambient set point, ensuring the access to the machine.
Characteristics
LOADING / UNLOADING
Hydraulic lift system to 3Ton with quick horizontal movement thanks to the pneumatic system.
Connection between: loading / unloading system, sectional door and measuring machine.
AUTOMATION AND PROTECTION
Electro-pneumatic control unit interfaced with the logic of the production plant, in the way to do completely automated control cicles.
Safety interlock interfaced with electronic control for the emergency stops and for manual maintenance cicles of the plant.
AIR CONDITIONED ENCLOSURE
Sectional door integrated on the production line.
Climate control according to the CMM producer specifications (20,0°C ±2°C; UR: 50% ± 10%; 1,0°C/h; 2,0°C/24h; 1°C/m).
Moveable wall, in the way to simplify the CMM maintenance.
