The basic concept behind EsasyFix line is an extreme flexible modular philosophy. This allows EasyFix to operate in a wide range of applications, like dimensional controls with CMM, optical scan, checking gauges, assembling and welding jigs.
ModEn provides EasyFix as assembly kits with a design software, for maximum versatility. Otherwise you can get a "turn-key" fixture, if you don't have enough time to design it yourself.

3D CONTROL AND CMM FIXTURES
Our support kits and dedicated fixtures, equippable with EasyLoad pallet changers, are the perfect solution for a high accuracy fixture for coordinate measuring machines (CMM) or portable measuring arms. The wide variety of EasyFix elements, combined with the simulation software EasyFixStudio, allows to realize fixtures with the best reconfigurability.
This way you can save a lot of space by eliminating the need of different dedicated fixtures. Dynamic push clamping springs allow to lock the particulars using the right force, preventing damages and deformations.
FIXTURES FOR REVERSE ENGINEERING
Our fixtures are based on flexibility and versatility, and the aluminium is the best solution for that. MICRO-ADJUSTEMENT
The patented Minlock system has the purpose of bringing quickly, but precisely, a spherical, or a conical reference in the right position. That's possible thanks to the millimeter row combined with our standard clampings (±1) and the three axes microregulation (±0.1mm).

SENSILAS: LASER 
PROBE FOR QUICK
MICRO-ADJUSTMENT
The patented probe allows the quick regulation of standard ISF spheres, by applying it on every measuring machine and using the CMM software only to check the results. After you get the coordinates by using EasyFix-Studio or the CAD, you just need to move the probe on the theoretical point (0) and adjust the spheres (until ±0.05).
