Air-conditioned enclosures for 3D coordinate measuring machines
ModyBox has been designed to maintain the efficiency of your CMM over the time, by isolating it from non-optimal climatic conditions and from pollution made by productive processes.
The air-conditioned modular enclosure can reflect the exact size of the measuring machine, so that you can get a controlled environment with minimum space usage, maintaining the measuring machine performances.
It's also possible to integrate the climate-controlled cell with an EasyLoad pallet changer, for loading the parts on the CMM. That's the perfect solution for all-round optimizing dimensional controls with your CMM.

Laboratories with opening roof for accessing with overhead cranes
To solve the need of moving into the lab big parts with a crane, ModEn can offer you a front gate paired with an horizontal sliding opening on the ceiling of the enclosure.
The dimensions of the opening roof are designed with the customer to solve any specifical need, without sacrifying the efficiency of the environmental control.
This type of cells have a special channelled air-conditioning system, that keeps a higher pressure inside the environment, for reataining the treated air as long as possible during the opening of the roof.
Laser enclosures with air exhaust
A special line of our modular boxes allows to isolate machineries which issue harmfull light radiations as laser ones, so that the operators are protected.

SELF-ASSEMBLY AND TRANSPORT EASE
To reduce installation costs, until a dimension of 6x2x3m, we can ship the enclosure as already assmbled. In other situations we can provide it as a kit of pre-assembled modules with the instructions for assembly them by yourself.
